"Das Haus liegt in einer Seitengasse, mit Blick direkt aufs Meer. Es sind ca. 200m zum wundervollen Kiesstrand, und etwa 500m ins Ortszentrum. Es gibt eine Menge Strandlokale, die zum Seelebaumeln einladen. Das Haus selbst ist großzügig aufgeteilt, 2 Schlafzimmer, Wohnküche mit perfekt eingerichteter Küche, die Geräte sind neu, einem Badezimmer samt Toilette und Waschmaschine. Neues Fernsehgerät und liebevoll bis ins Detail eingerichtet. Wir  übernahmen das Haus perfekt geputzt, auch der Preis ist absolut angemessen. Die Vermieter sind ganz reizende Menschen, wir haben bereit für nächstes Jahr für 2 Wochen gebucht. Unser Urlaub war perfekt, für unsere Freunde , unsere Labrador Retriver Hündin und für uns." - Natalie

"Wir haben eine Woche in dem schönen Haus in Pakoštane verbracht und uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Begrüßung durch die Vermieter war sehr herzlich. Sie haben uns viele Ausflugstipps und tolle Informationen über Kroatien gegeben. Sie waren sehr freundlich und immer ansprechbar, wenn wir mal eine Frage hatten.
Das Haus ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Man merkt, dass hier viel Herzblut reingesteckt wird. Der Blick von der großen Terrasse auf das Meer war besonders schön.
Wir würden sehr gerne wiederkommen.
Die Lage der Unterkunft ist perfekt, da man innerhalb kürzester Zeit am Strand von Pakoštane und im Stadtkern ist." - Theresa

"We stayed a week in this lovely house and it was such a nice holiday for us. Mirta, Duska and Miro gave us a warm welcome and explained everything you need to know about the house and even about Pakostane (where to have dinner, to shop or the best beaches in the area)

The house was very clean and well equipped. Specialy for us they install an new TV and a satellite dish. As I already said, they are such friedly people. Thanks for everything!

"We had a great holiday from start to finish. The owners of the property (Duska, Miro and Mirta) were extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming: they provided us with lots of local information in preparation for our visit. They left us in privacy during our stay but provided a phone in case we needed assistance during our time there. They were also good enough to provide us with lifts to and from Zadar airport.

The house was clean, finished to a high standard and had all the facilities we needed for our (2 week) holiday. We spent a lot of time relaxing on the large, private covered terrace enjoying the wonderful sea views and sunsets.

The house is ideally located just a few minutes walk away from the centre of the village and the beach. Pakostane is a beautiful village with an older centre with some excellent restaurants and bars. There are a wide variety of activities offered: we hired a small motor boat for the day which cost around £60, which we would highly recommend doing.

We got around pretty easily on the local buses to e.g. Biograd and by main bus line to Sibenik. You can also hire bikes or a scooter and explore Lake Vrana which is closely located.

"It was our first visit to Croatia and when choosing a place to stay we did not know where to go and what to expect but we couldn't have chosen better! Duśka and Miro are the greatest hostess and host we could think of. They welcomed us warmly and made us feel home like. The house is well-kept, very clean and cosy. There were 6 of us at home. There are 2 bedrooms with a double bed in each of them and a living room with a comfortable sofa for 2 people and a kitchen area with a cooker, microwave, fridge and freezer, kettle and all other needed things. And one of the greatest part of the house is the terrace! It is very big, comfortable and with a nice view of the sea. Early in the morning, with a cup of tea or coffee, one can observe waking up animals (lots of birds) and in the evening listen to cicadas and watch the sunset. The surrounding is calm and quite quiet. Pakostane itself occured to be a nice, little, touristic place. The beach is about 5 minutes from the house, there is also a little bakery nearby (opened all day) and some grocery shops are in the centre (about 10 minutes on foot). There are many attractions to see, not so far from Pakostane, like Biograd na Moru, Zadar, KRKA National Park and others (hosts told us what to see). You can also go on a day trip to e.g. a National Park Kornati by boat, which we did and really recommend it. Duśka, Milo and they daughter Mirta are very helpful and they rose to the task when we needed it. The slogan pets friendly is really true because thanks to the hosts little kittens where rescued! Thank you very much! I really recommend the house and feel like my family made real friendship with he hosts and would definitely like to visit them and meet them once again! "Ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus! Frisch renoviert und neu eingerichtet! Die Betten sind sehr bequem und mega-sauber! Auch die Küche und das Bad sind neu und sehr sauber! Von der Terrasse hat man Meerblick und bis zum Wasser oder ins Zentrum von Pakostane ist es nur ein kleiner Fußmarsch. Die Eigentümer sind super-nett und sehr gastfreundlich." - Stefanie N.

"Ein sehr schönes und gemütliches Haus! Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt!!! Das Haus hat eine sehr gute Lage - bis zum Meer sind es ein paar Schritte und bis zum Zentrum des Ortes Pakostane auch nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß (Bäcker, alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Bars). Das Haus verfügt alles, was man für den Urlaub braucht. Es ist modern und hell eingerichtet (inkl. Badezimmer), sehr sehr sauber! Eine wunderschöne und geräumige Terrasse lädt zum Genießen vom herrlichen Meerblick :) Note: 5 - sehr empfehlenswert! (Reisezeitraum: Juli 2015). Wir kommen definitiv wieder!" :) - Irina

"Es braucht nicht viele Worte, einen tollen Urlaub zu beschreiben. Wir sind von den Vermietern sehr herzlich empfangen worden und es verbreitete sich sofort eine Wohlfühlatmosphäre. Von der Terrasse aus konnten wir direkt aufs Meer schauen und die Hollywood-Schaukel lud zum verweilen ein. 
Die Inneneinrichtung ist gut (bis auf die fehlende Kaffeemaschine) und sehr sauber! Unsere beiden Hunde haben sich pudelwohl gefühlt, sie durften überall herumschnüffeln, da das Grundstück komplett eingezäunt ist. Die Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen, wir sind nicht das letzte Mal dort gewesen!" - Stefanie K.
